I have a passion for helping business leaders and owners achieve their full potential and I am dedicated to enhancing the profitability of businesses of all sizes and all industries. I have a proven track record of success in marketing, product management and strategic business planning having delivered outstanding results throughout my career. As your business coach I will help you grow and manage your business. I will assist you in understanding and implementing proven business concepts, which are guaranteed to generate a ‘Return On Investment’. I will work with you to develop plans in key areas related to achieving success, such as leadership, management, delegation, sales, marketing, productivity, growth, decision making and business plan execution. I have successfully managed and coached teams both professionally and during my personal time. In addition to that, throughout my corporate career I have had some very powerful mentors work with me to accelerate my performance and learn best of practice principles from them.

I am a graduate from Concordia University in Montreal. I have previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Crowchild Hockey Association, and the Vertigo Mystery Theatre. During my tenure as a Board member at Vertigo the theatre underwent significant change in moving to its current location requiring $5M in fundraising to be completed. I currently serve as a Board member of Santa’s Secret Service, a not for profit organization committed to helping isolated senior members of our community, the Calgary Executive Association, and the Silver Springs Golf and Country Club where I am also the Secretary/Treasurer.

I have over 30 years experience with some of Canada’s leading Enterprises including Bell Canada, Nortel Networks, TELUS, and the ATCO Group of Companies. I have assisted these corporations in achieving and exceeding their corporate goals by providing leadership in the highly competitive Canadian and U.S. markets, being tenacious in securing new business, developing and launching new products and services, building loyalty and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

My functional responsibilities have included;
