These include; TTI Success Insights, the world’s leading source for research-based, a series of validated assessment and coaching tools that enable organizations to effectively meet their talent management needs are available. These include:
- DISC The most widely used behavioural assessment tool, measuring four dimensions of behaviour: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. DISC measures how a person behaves. All levels within an organization can benefit from the information it provides. Commonly used to improve individual performance, teamwork and communication.
- Emotional Quotient The EQ(Emotional Quotient) assessment accurately measures a person’s emotional intelligence, the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of overall emotional well-being to facilitate highly effective decision-making. Commonly used to develop leaders, engage teams, coach and in succession planning.
- Behavioral Intelligence This Talents Insights assessment is a combination of DISC behaviour style and Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
- Driving Forces 12 Driving Forces® unlock the why behind an individual’s actions, showcasing what drives their behaviour. Rooted in Eduard Spranger’s esteemed 1928 research, 12 Driving Forces reveals how each individual is uniquely motivated in both life and work. A variety of versions are avail- able in addition to comparison & GAP reports for use in hiring. Commonly used to engage employees, coach leaders, build better communication and to select team members.
- Personal Motivators and Engagement The Personal Motivation & Engagement assessment looks at the level of passion for each of the 6 motivators, and how they drive an individual on a personal level.
- Workplace Environment The Workplace Environment is a process which compares a candidate to the job. Utilizing DISC, for both the candidate and the job, insights into fit for a particular position are highlighted. Commonly used to aid in the selection process.
